Although we make every effort to deliver your vehicle at the requested time, things do happen such as flat tires, road closures, traffic, weather, etc.  We have a very high track record of getting vehicles delivered to their destination on time but please allow a 5-to-15-minute leeway beyond your booked time.

You are expected to have insurance to cover any accidents that may occur.

Your key location will be determined when you make your shuttle reservation.
